50% at the reservation,
50% 3 days before arrival at the latest.

Wood: 50 € per 1/2 cubic meter
Water: 10 € per week / 7 € per weekend or mid-week
Heating oil (if used): 50 € per week / 30 € per weekend or mid-week
Cleaning: 55 €
Electricity (according to meters):
     Day: 0,22 € / Kwatt
     Night: 0,17 € / Kwatt

Low season: January, February, March, November and December, except school holidays and holiday weekends
Mid season: Carnival, April, Easter holidays, May, June, September, October
High season: July, August, All Saints' Day Holidays, Christmas and New-Year. Extra 10% charge for decoration and Christmas tree may apply.
