Important: Guests are invited to bring duvet covers (1 person) or sleeping bags and mattress covers, pillowcases, bath and kitchen towels.

1 small Kit will be provided for the first hours (some coffee pads, 1 dishwasher tablet, 2 rolls of toilet paper, salt, pepper, coffee filter and ground coffee)

The rental rate for the house Les Colombages de Bergeval is indicated in euros for a standard stay, depending on the chosen dates.
The reservation can be made directly via our website, as well as on the platforms Booking and Airbnb.

The prices include autonomous access to the house thanks to a key box, as well as all charges: water, electricity, and heating.

The cleaning service is included in the rental price.

The house linen (sheets and towels) is not provided. Travelers should bring their own linen.

The tourist taxes (3€/person/day) are not included in the reservation and will be added to your final payment.

Dogs are welcome. We ask for 20€/dog with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay.

A quantity of pellets is provided for the stove to cover normal usage during the stay. Any additional consumption will be the responsibility of the tenants.

In order to ensure good conditions for the following stays, we ask tenants to respect the following instructions:

• The cleaning package includes a complete cleaning of the house at the end of the stay.
  However, the house must be left in order:
  the bins must be emptied, the dishes washed and put away, and the spaces used must be properly maintained.

A guarantee of 250 euros will be required when making your reservation and will be returned within 14 days if no damage is found during the check-out/cleaning.
